Are your items in stock and ready to ship?
Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship. Any pre-order or made-to-order items will be clearly marked on the product page, along with their expected timeline.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising will help it last much longer.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We restock popular items when we can, though some pieces are limited. If something you love is sold out, keep an eye on our socials or sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of EU countries at this time. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, and international orders within 15–40 business days depending on the courier.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. You can track through USPS or DHL directly on their websites.
