Shipping Policy

Clasps & Co ships worldwide, with the exception of EU countries — we are currently not shipping to the European Union at this time. This is due to evolving EU import and product compliance regulations, and we hope to resume shipping to these regions in the future.

Once your order ships, you can track it through your courier's website:

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Your item ships once processing is complete.

Delivery Times

United States: You can expect to receive your order 3–10 business days after it has been processed.

International: You can expect to receive your order 15–40 business days after it has been processed, depending on the courier selected at checkout.

Please note that Clasps & Co is not responsible for courier delays or shipments lost or mishandled by the courier once the item has left our facility.

Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage international customers to review their country's potential import costs before placing an order. Clasps & Co is not responsible for the payment of any duties or taxes.
